Equipemnt : More than you would ever need, comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen. Just the pillow was a bit small
Beautifully located directly at Bienfaiteures. So many nice buildings around, lots of trees, park for running was near, pre-metro and bus right at the place and awesome view from the balcony. I like the area so much, that I moved for the rest of my stay just 100 meters further
The description could even be more enthusiastic
Price is a bit high, but probably normal for Brussels

Il offre une agréable circulation sur trois niveaux : une première et courte volée de marches permet d'accéder du salon à l'espace restauration en rez de jardin, et une seconde ouvre sur l' immense salle de bain située en sous sol. Le chauffage au gaz très efficace, est d'un confort remarquable. The owners were FANTASTIC and showed me around the city when I first arrived as well as checking up on me and fixing anything that was wrong in the apartment. I cannot thank them enough!!
The apartment was wonderful; everything worked great and there were a lot of useful things in the kitchen, bedroom, cleaning supplies, etc. The furniture was in good shape and I really enjoyed the decor.
I had a fantastic experience; thanks to my landlord/lady and to BDLF for helping me find this wonderful apartment!
Great location close to my internship and convenient for grocery store, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. I loved the beautiful view from the 22nd floor!

The studio is very clean und bright. And you don't hear much noise from the street.
There's a lot of furniture in the studio, among others a large desk for studying and a very comfortable rocking chair.
The kitchen is very well-equipped, which is ideal for someone who loves cooking. It's large enough for a meal with some friends, too.
The landlady and the landlord are both fantastic. And they have always great tips when it comes to restaurants, museums etc.

Studio équipé de tout le nécessaire, joli et bien aménagé; très lumineux et grand pour un studio; comme il est situé sous le toit, très belle vue sur la ville et l'Atomium.
Situé dans un joli quartier, moins central que d'autres mais le centre était bien accessible avec les transports publics ou les vélos villo; magasins et restaurants à proximité.
